NU SENG PhD student selected by IEEE CAS Society for the prestigious 2019 IEEE Circuits and Systems Pre-Doctoral Award

Ms. Olga Krestinskaya (http://biomicrosystems.info/olga-krestinskaya), the Ph.D. student in ECE, has been selected to receive the prestigious international 2019 IEEE Circuits and Systems Pre-Doctoral Award. Ms. Olga is affiliated with Brain-inspired integrated circuits lab and Department of Electrical and Computer Engineering.  She is currently working in the area of AI chips under the supervision of Prof Alex James. The IEEE CAS Society honors every year one or two doctoral students for outstanding accomplishments. She will receive this award at the flagship conference, ISCAS 2019, in Japan this year. The last three years winners for this award are:

2017 Divya Pathak (Drexel University) and Xinfei Guo (University of Virginia)
2016 Kai Ho Mak (The Chinese University of Hong Kong) and Woorham Bae (University of California at Berkeley)
